MEET THE FOUNDER
Alysha Randall
CPA & Director
I work with multiple SME companies, startups and scale-ups as their Fractional FD/CFO. I really enjoy this as I'm able to learn more about what's happening in the marketplace and offer cutting edge strategies. I also love working with new Finance Seniors and help them on their journey to becoming skilled Finance Leaders.
I'm the founder of Fast Growth Consulting and I thrive on helping small businesses and training finance teams. I love showing finance teams that they can be more than just keeping the lights on for the business and really add value.
The finance team can be commercially focused and this is usually the case for large corporations, but not necessarily for smaller businesses. This is why a Fractional FD/CFO can be such an asset - as you get that strategic thinking without hiring a full-time member of the leadership team.
I have enjoyed working with clients so far in the UK, Asia and the US.
Outside work, I love spending time with my family, riding bikes & playing tennis with the children, any water sports and cooking up a storm. I also wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for copious amounts of coffee!
